I have signed up but never utilized it. I know I should but I have so much else going on.

Yes. Pretty much all our Pinterest pins are linked to either a blog post or to a custom IDX search page. We've had at least one deal because Mrs. Buyer loved our Pinterest community boards for where they wanted to move. And it's about to be deal 2 because they're relocating and need us to sell the home they bought.
Have had other buyers/sellers find us that I believe may have started with Pinterest, but it's sometimes hard to pin down where they came from (pun intended).

I do it. I actually hired somebody from odesk to do it. I did it strictly for linking. I do have one that is on the first page of google.

Yes and No. A good number of our pins are local scenics and many of them have been re-pinned, but no business whatsoever.

No and No. When I find the time, I'm going to explore the opportunity to create a series of pictures and see what results if any might appeal to that particular target market.

I created a board, called Hawaii Real Estate News and I have had 1 direct contact from it - working with them, probably a buyer within a year.

We get a LOT of traffic from Pinterest. No one has come out and said that using us was a direct result of Pinterest, but it's been very helpful with getting people on our site.
