Hi Inna -- My experience and instincts are telling me to say NO - but I don't know if there are legal issues that will/will not allow.
They don't even like the same brokerage representing the buyer and seller.
No. I hope they have called their lender and explained the situation. Sitting around waiting for the bank to kick his dad out is ridiculous and stressful.
No banks do not like that. It is better to have another agent list it for you.
I do not think so.
