Love the answers here - first to get to work here.  In a real estate transaction we're all on the same team to consummate a sale - no reason to point fingers or yell, better results come from working together to sort any issues out.

Often times when you are at the closing table, it is outsire of the Real Estate Agent's control when things go wrong...I usually don't stress about because it is outside of my control.. I will try to be as encouraging and as supportive as possible
