You mean sign riders?

The large sign has the company name and telephone number. My sign rider hangs below that with my personal information. Some agents do buy their own large signs to try and direct all calls to them.

I have the name of the Office as well as my name on signs as allowed by our state laws.

Our company does NOT ALLOW us to have personal names on signs or Riders.

As an independent I have a custom sign with my designed logo. It also has the biggest phone number as my cell and a small one for the office number that meets minimum commission standards. I use a drivebytech.com rider that gives you a number to text to get an electronic brochure. The brochure allows you to view pictures, see a video, or dial me directly. It also give me your phone number.

I have generic signs right now for our company. It's just two of us.

Making up new signs soon though that will have my name and number.

I have fully customized For Sale and Open House signs. With every company I had my name and phone on the sign.

We have a sign that attaches to the main Real Estate sign with our name an phone number on it.

All my signs have my name and cell phone.   The only sign writers I use are "3 car garage" when it is a tandem, "I am beautiful", or "Mountain Views".

I use a sign rider. My company supplies so they are generic with only the company name. Our frames allow up to two sign riders. Well most of them do. We have a lot of different styles of frames. So sometimes I will put a custom rider on in addition to my name rider. 

Our Company signs do not have agents names on them but all of us have sign riders.  They go on at the time the sign is planted.

We're an independent "boutique" brokerage and we are not constrained by rules handed down by a national franchise.  We typically have an agent name, phone number and sometimes an email link on our sign riders.

Melinda, our brokerage(KELLER WILLIAMS) encourages agents to market themselves and their business so we do have our name and cell phone numbers on the sign.  Other national brokerages in town do not allow this so they have to use a sign rider to get some individual marketing.
