Have you worked on a deal involving air space as part of the contract? If so, how did that go? I've seen paperwork protecting mineral rights, but never air space.

When you are dealing with air space in a contract, you should have the attorney for the purchaser provide the desired wording. This is beyond the scope of experience for most real estate professionals.
