I am quite biased but I recommend PIPL's product called FILES.
If you enter full name and address correctly we usually get between 70-95% match rates.
You can get phones & emails but also much more and pricing is fair.

Good evening. I have used white pages in the past and their quality of #s has seemed to drop. I signed up to Peoplesmart and getting maybe 2/3 or 3/4 of the numbers I search for. Much better than 1/4. Nothing seems 100% no matter the claim. I used to use RedEX and they refunded me due to not covering my area up here in the boondox. Mark.

@ChrisWebb I should have perhaps asked several questions instead of one. How do you research each one of these items? One product is Intelius.com. Are there apps, websites, products that you use for an unknown email OR an unknown address OR an unknown phone number? Hope that clarifies. What systems do you use to reasonably exhaust the search?
