I use DocuSign. I've received documents via Dot Loop in transactions with other agents and find it very confusing.

I use DocuSign and generally like I, but watch out if you ever have to contact their customer service, which is nothing less than horrible.

I use docusign...and find it very easy for both myself and my clients.

Our company provides Dotloop to everyone, because it helps streamline the document process for them, but I pay for Docusign, because it's easier to use for signatures IMO. Less issues with signatures getting mysteriously wiped and Docusign allows you to send paperwork for two different people to the same email address, which is much easier than coaching clients on how to create a new email address.

I love DocuSign and have only been on the receiving end of DotLoop. My first impression of DotLoop wasn't great, but that's a little unfair since it may have just been the unfamiliarity of it.

Our Oklahoma City MLS uses Instanet electronic forms and their Authenisign digital signatures. Although it is part of our MLS dues I am considering going to Docusign even though i will pay for it because of problems with our program. Docusign with Zip forms is coming up with a dedicated Tablet solution for electronic signatures using a stylus or finger. I have used Good Reader for electronic signatures on my iPad.

I think it's hard to rate any as a best, there are so many out there now. I've used DotLoop and wasn't happy with them in general. My company provides me a free service through SkySlope and it's easy to use at my end and my clients' end (easier for clients than DotLoop was). I hear Docusign is good. In the end, I think it's what you get used to.

My C.A.R. zipforms offer electronic/digital signature built in. I use only that. Works perfectly.

Ginger Harper I have not used DocuSign as much - and using DotLoop as it is 'free' for us.

I have not tried dot loop, docusign is what I have always used. I love it and would not consider changing.

I'm a DocuSign fan. Digital Ink is the only other one I've used and it's not bad.

Docusign is great, but I don't have much experience with other programs.
