I am not considering moving my network to the cloud.

My existing technology is not forcing me in that direction, at this time. 

However, such a migration is inevitable as hardware is replaced.

The greatest breeches in lost personal data is via rescources not in your control such as the cloud who is assumed to be gaurding your data. Should these big data keepers suffer a malicious attack, will the lost cloud mean I'm out of business? 

Very much like when your business cell phone goes down....what are your options?
