Have not done any of these, I do try to touch base from time to time to see if they know anyone that I can help.

Okay, I think I follow.
I also have a place on my WP site where customers can leave reviews. It's a wp plugin, but I forget what's it's called.
also, on my franchise site, they automatically email customer for feedback after a certain number of days. good reviews are automatically posted (w/ customer's permission).
I have also found some other reviews places like kudzu, superpages and yahoo. I forget all of them. I sometimes just stumble across them. And, one way I sometimes find them is that I'm up against a competitor and then I'll google "XYZ store reviews"

Debbie Gartner thank you for your response, I will modify the question for greater clarity.
Often a client will post a recommendation for their agent or service provider on places like Trulia, Yelp or even Angie's List. This is the nature exhaustive list I would like to create. It is not about lead generation....directly.

I'm not sure I fully understand your question.
For use, we have been getting leads from the following (based on recommendations) and we ask our customers to write reviews for us on these (although very few do).
1. Angieslist.com - most important and beneficial and trustworthy
2. google - I think it's google places now, but I forget
3. Yelp - I've been getting more and more people checking us out here and I can see traffic from GA...they are staying on site for a while
4. houzz.com
In addition, customers are spontaneously recommending us in Facebook groups, esp the local moms groups.
We have several on LI, but that doesn't seem like it is having much impact on my biz (although I definitely do get leads from LI from customers, friends and networking buddies.
