Great Answers!!! Unfortunately poor customer service seems to exist everywhere. Customers & clients DO recognize superior and responsive customer service. We often hear sellers and home buyers comment to us about their agents. Sometimes positive and sometimes not so positive.
Here are some tips! Do your best to check your voice mail messages promptly, call your cell phone number often & hear what a caller will hear ("mailbox is full is exhausting"). Send yourself a test email and verify received. Be on time for appointments and be happy! Home Sellers and Home Buyers asked prefer "easy going" agent personalities!
