Ben, I don't know that your URL is as important as your marketing. Get a good mailing list of fishermen (and women) in your area and write to them.
See if you can find bulletin boards, etc. at local fishing shops and post your business card - plus perhaps a brochure with photos of you fishing.
Do you sell homes on lakes, etc? Drop off some flyers at those fishing shops.
Be SURE to add your hobby to your real estate bio.
Write blog posts that mention fishing and the types of fish you catch. Offer to give newcomers tips on where to go and what tackle and bait to use.

I looked at your site. My two cents: It needs images up in the header. Perhaps a photograph of one of those snappers with the girl in the bikini? lol
No really put some photographs on the top with Reel Real estate I think you also could write some copy about defining "reel" and real - don't ofrget to label all the images so google can read them

Caroline Gerardo Thanks for taking the time. I am working on adding more real estate information to it right now.
I dont think the girlfriend would appreciate being front and center!

Marte Cliff Thanks Marte, I'm thinking the people that fish will get it and know the difference. The people that dont, wont. But I want to work the waterfront/fishing niche so thats what matters anyway. Thanks for the feedback.

Attracting new people could be hard because the search engines may not bring you up until 2nd and 3rd pages or later.

I am getting some traffic for certain condo buildings and neighborhoods in the area. It works fine if someone goes directly there or it is a link, but typing in Reel Estate Brevard in a search engine is not good for me.

Ben,
That is a tough question to answer. Everything depends on your marketplace and how you are positioned in it. And I don't know your market although we have worked in several cities in Florida. The domain name is cute and catchy, but it could be interpreted as a fishing equipment site, in my opinion.
How are doing with it? If you are succeeding all the more power to you. A
