Wordpress is most popular CMS going. The trick is finding someone that has experience building them. Expect it to take 2-4 weeks and cost at least $2000.00 to $4000.00. Could be more depending on what you want done. tricia over at http://www.prostepmarketing.com/ builds some good sites and has experience integrating mls, but not sure what she is charging these days. There are others as well.

Russ,
After looking at a number of sites and not enjoying any of the templates that are provided I justDecided to write mine from scratch using word press. I will say however I do not recommend that anyone, while I like being able to make it the way I wanted at the end of the day it consumed entirely way too much time. I know several agents that use Agent Image, who are happy with them but if you don't use a template and go the custom way, it can get pretty pricey. I tried iHouse Elite but they are not able to integrate with my MLS and they were also $80 a month so I scrapped that. I just spoke with an agent Down the street from my office that just started using website box.com. I think it cost her $99, Its template based and then it was a really small amount to pay for MLS integration. My thought is that once you get your site configured and it's up and running there's not much else you need to do.
