That question is probably a sore subject with many realtors. I know many that subscribed to the Zillow and Trulia philosophy however I do not. I have worked leads that have come in that are paid for by another agent that did not want to work them, in the majority of them are unqualified garbage. However depending on what it cost, in the area you live in perhaps it could be just another"spinning plate" in your arsenal. I would not rely on this as a primary source of lead generation. That being said, trulia leads tended to be more qualified than Zillow leads.
