Keep going, keep helping others to do well in this game.
depends what I feel like at that time
Noah - Right now, I am still a ways away from retirement age, but I plan on being involved in real estate for a very long time after retirement age. I enjoy what I do, and the friends I am making along the way.
LOL...I hope you enjoyed my response, Noah.
I'm going to die selling real estate. It's what I do. But to answer you question....I'M GOING TO DIE SELLING REAL ESTATE.
For me I may slow down at some point, but because of a failed business that drained me Real Estate will be part of my retirement income. Owning the business, I can just manage agents...I don't need a lot of extra monthly income to survive.
Noah Seidenberg not sure how comfortable I am with moving around - however, if I can develop a team that can take care of business, why not?
I am going to work as long as I physically can, despite age or financial strength. I love what I do.
Right now I don't know what I will do. I may just refer to a team of agents or retire, retire. 3 years to decide.... I do know I do not want to be selling 10 years from now.
My Grandfather is 87 and still selling Real Estate. Keeps him young :) So inspiring!
Noah, I'm there and I'm trying to slow down. But so far, I'm not doing a good job of it!
God willing, I plan to do this for as long as I still have breath in my body and the ability to do the job right.
One of our clients is 77 and works a full day. She loves selling and listing real estate, and she has put every grand kid through college. The income is not the issue, this is her passion. She hired us to do a total rebranding, and is up on tech. smart phones, and computers. And she works out 5 days a week. There are many younger people who get exhausted with a lot less than that.
I am several decades away from thinking about retirement, but I think I will always work in real estate at some capacity.
I don't see myself not working.
Chief Cook is nearly there, Noah. But, she says she feels as if she's 30, and I can't keep up with her so I doubt she will even slow down!
I deferred retirement and then decided to really retire. I can still refer prospects to associates at the office.
