What tools do you use in a Listing/Marketing presentation? I prefer to use Powerpoint, but I also have paper I refer to for physical impact.

My listing prese rations have evolved into conversations with the homeowners about what they are trying to accomplish and how I can help them do it. I carry a printed CMA and some other graphs but I hardly ever use those anymore. I tried presentations on my iPad as well but people get antsy.

It's clear to me a citizen would rather be stabbed with a fork than sit through a awesome, knock-your-socks off PPT.
