Hiring agents changes everything. Are you sure you want to do it? Roy has a good idea-a franchise you love does have the infrastructure, but they are costly.

Sign up for an Office365 account, it does about everything. Go to LinkURealty and design a website as it has back end capabilities, as does Top producer and other companies. Get a Quickbooks account and get rocking! Don't overthink it.
