I usually do not go for expired - however a team in my office does! They are consistent in calling them all the time. And follow up after certain period if not listed.
Consider walking in to the meeting with a sold sign rider to set the expectations up front!
Give them hope - you can make a difference to them! With FSBOs you stress how difficult it is to sell on their own - with expireds it is all about hope!
