I will be honest and answer 'yes". Not proud of it, but lately life has gotten in the way. I "talk" the "talk" but it's hard for me to "walk" the "walk". I get so caught up helping others, that it seems like I have been on a Holiday Schedule for too long. Looking forward to a real business schedule in 2015! Happy Holidays to you:)

When you are in real estate, the definition of a holiday schedule is very elusive. You need to be able to respond to calls and emails within a reasonable period of time. Teams can divide the tasks to make life a little easier.

To some extent, yes. I will do some real estate work throughout the holidays, but definitely scaling it back. This is the one time of the year I feel I can actually do that since I always seem to work throughout our vacations. LOL

Since my Broker is on vacation and one of our three other agents is sick, my holiday schedule will be to hopefully have part of Christmas Day off.

Susan Haughton that is a great point, I also find myself working on major holidays/vacations, like my police and fire colleagues, one of them said its been 22 years since He had a holiday off work, they always made it mandatory every person on duty.
