I have always used my own web site, Chris. Brokerage web sites will not do as good a job in funneling leads to the individual agent in most of the ones I have looked at.

Even when my company provided me with their website, I still had my own( independent), recently I got some glitches there, I need a new one. Anyone tried the one that realtor.com offers?

My wife created one for me through wordpress. I have the one that my brokerage provided to me, but I find it lacking. I am able to have more of a say in output when I control it through wordpress.

I would never recommend it. I am a broker and I have great agent retention, but I still believe in having them brand themselves and have their own web presence.

Use your own website. You never know when changes may be needed.

Great answers all, thanks for sharing I will be working on a class for agents and website options so I was interested in what you all were using. I am familiar with Market Leader, Boomtown, Agent Jet, Real Geeks, and Z57 sites. Thanks again!
