This is a difficult question to answer. It's the people at my office. And I got the quality of the people from my initial interview with the broker. It was what he said to me. This isn't something that can be taught or easily shared. There is just something about the experience and nature of the people I work with. We truly care about our clients and are truly working in their best interest.
