I am sure that News Corp is working on it as we speak and changes will abound, and they will be interesting. It should not really impact those who work smart and practice the fundamentals in our opinion.

I'm sure they will always be refining their website Gabe, everyone should beware of corporate America's marketing by teaching us slogans like:
"So easy a caveman can do it."
they make it like everybody is supposed to know everything or they say:
"What, you live under a rock" mentality.

It is in direct response to the Trulia/Zillow monster that is more customer-friendly. One of the changes that is being made is that the prior sales will be more readily available, similar to trulia. Since it closed last month, I would think that the changes would already be in place. Unfortunately, I rarely go to realtor.com anymore. That used to be my go-to place for advertising and I spent much more time on realtor.org. Its lights have dimmed, and hopefully Murdoch's team will spice it up to be more competetive.
