Oh, absolutely! I fall on my knees and cry. Then I cal my insurance guy who has a great list of guys who fix stuff. Of course, I have to make sure he knows it's not my house to avoid the clue repart!

I try to keep a list of trusted vendors, as people will often ask me for a referral to a great vendor for different things. If I don't already have someone that I trust for a particular project or emergency, I will reach out to my sphere for a referral.
