That's a good answer (and a very cool niche) by Catherine Ulrey and I'll add a few thoughts.
Every real estate website should have:
Bio, blog, page for sellers, page for buyers, and a way to capture leads as well. Here is where you want to highlight what makes you unique and special and what sets you apart from all the other real esate agents, be it a niche, great marketing, amazing testimonials, etc.
What ever is relevant to your target market. For example, my target is horse property. I have a map showing nearby trails and feeds stores. I blog about horse properly, horse events, etc. Crime stats and school reports are really relevant to my clientele.
Report on school, stats on recent solds, price point per sq foot, days on the market, crime stats and a way to capture leads.
Name, phone number, email, idx.
Depending on the business you are looking for.
An easy to use and accurate property search.
Catherine has nailed it!
A few good answers here....
Community pages, schools info, local info and an IDX search feed plus a CRM.
Access to current listings is the most important feature. And, they do not like any requirement to register before looking at the available properties.
