| I had listed my property with 3 different real estate companies with in a 32 year period and I never really got much response from anyone! Not even the agent in charge of my property ever really made much effort to contact me to let me know what was being done to try and sell my property! After signing up with Century 21 Broadhurst and being assigned Christine House for my agent everything changed! Christine was awesome!! She made contact with me immediately and set up an appointment to show me what all she could do for me and she got the ball rolling! | Christine helped us buy our new home in Myrtle Beach. She is very professional and patient! Over the course of about 4 to 5 weeks she showed us at least 30 homes. Some multiple times. We couldn't find a resale that we were happy with,but Christine was very patient and helpful throughout the process. We finally bought a new "spec" home. We immediately gave her our Condo in Pawleys Island to sell. Would definitely recommend her! |

| My wife Sheri and I wanted to find a second home in Myrtle Beach. We had an extensive "want" list for this home including the location had to fit within a certain budget while still having a direct golf view. It took numerous trips to Myrtle Beach for us to be shown more than 30 homes before we found the perfect place. Christine negotiated a deal that not only fit our budget but also included all furnishings in the home! Once we closed on the property we were able to move in with ease.
