|The first thing Yoana did was walk through the property with me. She pointed out small but noticeable negatives; inexpensive modifications she suggested we do to make the property show better. She also pointed out repairs that were not completed properly by the company we’d hired to renovate the kitchen before we brought the home to market. We followed all of Yoana’s recommendations, and the property showed much better as a result. Within the first week after she began her extensive marketing of our property, she presented multiple offers, most of them for cash and two above our asking price. She then counseled us on the plusses and minuses of each and helped us to use the multiple offers to get the best price and terms. Once we had a signed contract, various problems cropped up along the way to closing. Yoana resolved every problem, big and small, as it came up and kept the deal moving forward. She handled all of the details and simply emailed us to keep us informed. This was truly a hands-off transaction for my sister and me, and we honestly felt like we never needed to worry or get involved to save the deal. Yoana had every detail remarkably under control. The day before the closing, I reviewed the closing statement along with my attorney. We both thought it was fine and gave our approval. But Yoana noticed some errors we’d missed, specifically two fees that were erroneously charged. She then helped us communicate the problem to the title insurance company, saving us several hundred dollars.|
