Yvonne stuck by me through the short sale of my condo to the end and we had many unexpected hurdles. The first buyer was not approved by the bank the day before closing, the second fell through due to outside causes and finally after a bit more than one year, the sale went to the closing table in these hard economic times. She and her attorney, Brian Gormley, are top notch, hard to find ethical and professional people. They work for you and listen, treating you as they would want to be treated. Yvonne explained the entire process to me, she showed me close to 50 places before I decided on the one to purchase. She emailed me almost daily to update me and check on what I wanted to do.
