| Melissa Yates provided realty service above and beyond expectation. Well before and during a difficult transition from an overseas posting, Melissa kept us abreast of all newly listed homes which met our criteria. Daily updates were provided from half a world away and Melissa's ability to understand what we wanted made the search and subsequent fine tuning of our parameters extremely easy. But the best part of her service was the dedication to us, not just as clients, but as new friends. She became our advocate. Melissa worked doggedly, often times late into the night, to ensure we had our interests taken care of. A real "Service before Self" mentality. As new arrivals to the San Antonio area, Melissa also ensured we were comfortable and offered her time and other resources to help our transition back to life in the United States relocating through the military. | We are moving to San Antonio from an overseas assignment being military and were introduced to Melissa through a work contact. Melissa began assisting us months before we arrived, keeping us abreast of what was available and the current developments as well as answering our barrage of questions. Melissa made sure she was exclusively available for me when I came out for a couple days of temporary duty to house hunt. She spent lengthy days helping to find us a house and answered every question I threw at her. Once we found that perfect house it would be easy to think that most of the hard work was done; this was far from the case. Melissa kicked it up notch and essentially closed on our house while we were still living overseas! Melissa went well beyond the expectations of a real estate agent and she made multiple coordination's to ensure mortgages paperwork was set, the inspections were done and all repairs were complete before SHE would allow the house to go in to escrow. She was literally our eyes and ears from 4000 miles away. There is absolutely no way we would own our house today if it weren't for Melissa's hard work in seeing EVERY aspect of the home sale completes. I hope I'm not raising the bar too high for future clients, but Melissa truly is one of the best in her business and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a good agent. In fact, the first recommendation should already be in route, relocating with the military...thanks again Melissa for everything!!! |

| You know you are the greatest in the world!!! You got me into my dream house!!! You were there for me whenever or whatever I needed!!! You always went above and beyond your job!!! And you also earned my trust, and you know that was very hard to do.
