The Buying Process:Obtain a loan approval letter from mortgage lender Establish your search criteria. What are you looking for in a home i.e. features, location, school district etc. View and tours homes Make an offer on the home that best fit your needs Negotiate and accept contract terms Address and remove any contingencies i.e. inspection, appraisal, obtain Condo or Home Owners Association documents Schedule closing date Close and move into your new home My Listing Process: Identify the reason for selling Home evaluation and review compariable properties Make any repairs and fix small cosmetics that may effect a buyers decision to buy i.e. leaks, paint, clean carpets etc. Identify your "bottom line" price (the lowest offer your will accept from a buyer Consider "home staging" and invest in improving the curb appeal of the property if need Quality photos taking of the inside and outside of the home Create an agressive marketing plan tailored to the type of buyers that would best fit the property List your home for sale
