Listing, Selling and Renting Homes within Morris, Somerset, Pasaaic, Sussex and Essex Counties. I represent first time home buyers as well as high end sellers. I take pride in my work with first time home buyers. I provide the education and coaching necessary for buyers to purchase their first home comfortably, knowing that they made the best decisions throughout their transaction.
My strong negotiation skills get my buyers and sellers the best pricing possible. Due to the areas I cover in which multiple offer situations arise frequently, I provide an extensive market analysis to guide buyers through this situation and coach sellers on the best offer to accept.
I also offer assistance with renting properties and have a vast network of professionals to choose from should the need arise.

| Any questions or information I needed from Cheryl, I got immediately. She was very responsive and provided me with more than I asked for. She also provided me with tips on how to prepare the house for sale and what would help us with a quick closing. If it wasn't for her ability to act quickly and come up with alternative solutions, we would never have been able to close on our house. |

| I can’t imagine a better realtor than Cheryl Schuck. From day one she listened to our needs of what we were looking for in a home and neighborhood and she came up with many listings for us to look at. She always reminded us it can (and will!) be frustrating looking at different houses, but not to give up. The right one will come along eventually, to have patience and she was right! Cheryl found us the PERFECT house within our price range, and in move in condition From the 1st home Cheryl showed us to the 50th :), she was always patient and worked around our busy schedule. Many times I would email her links of homes we would like to see, and by the weekend, which fit our schedule, we would see them. She is very knowledgeable, and would even point out things that we may not have seen on our own, for us to consider. She was also very easy to get in touch with and was in constant communication with us during the process. When the sale was completed, she even found movers for us! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new home!!! |

| There are several things that make a good real estate agent, One is too have the patience of a saint, another is to have a negotiating skills of Donald Trump and to have the psychological skills of Sigmund Freud; Cheryl has all of these qualities. When my wife and I first started looking for a house it became apparent to Cheryl that my wife and I each had different things we were looking for. Cheryl politely said that instead of looking for a condo, I think you two would be happier looking for a house. And that we did. We easily looked at 100 houses and Cheryl was very kind and understanding of that. Looking back I don't know where she got that much patience from, but it made a difference. When we finally found the house that we liked, Cheryl went out of her way to make sure that we got a great deal on it. Her Negotiating skills saved us a lot of money. I am generally very picky, and I rarely give out recommendations, but I am very happy to recommend Cheryl as a real estate agent. |
