I'm a third generation citizen of Wichita Falls, TX and a second generation Real Estate Professional.   My father was a home builder and my mother a Realtor.  Some of my earliest memories are of sitting in a closet reading a book at one of my mom and dad's open houses.  Needless to say, I feel intimately attached to Wichita Falls and the housing industry.  After ten years in the construction industry I decided to become a Realtor.  One of my proudest moments was being selected the Salesman of the Year by the Wichita Falls Association of Realtors.  There's nothing quite like a pat on the back from your competitors!  After becoming the go-to guy in my real estate office for all things related to mortgages, I had an epiphany.  I love playing with numbers and if I could land a job at a bank, I could work from nine to three every day and never have to miss another of my kids ball games!  Boy was I wrong.  Maybe it's the Realtor in me, but after ten years of lending I still find myself in the office at all hours and occassionally running to the bank on Sunday afternoon to do an emergency pre-qual.
