Get to Know Wayne Marinik
A licensed Real Estate Broker, I am a 3rd Generation Texan and have been practicing real estate since 1995 upon graduating from Texas A&M University. I began by investing real estate and took this expertise to help my clients grow their portfolios as well. We focused on identifying properties that were not being utilized to their fullest potential then acquired them, completed rehab work and then entered them into our management pool. I have strong knowledge as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager candidate that helps me exceed in commercial transactions.
I have been an EXIT Realty Broker/Owner for two years and have enjoyed every moment. While I still practice occasionally, my true passion lies in recruiting agents to my brokerage and then training them to be successful. I have built a 6 week training platform to launch agents and then we work with expereinced agents to help them achieve greater success. Our principles focus on a number of professional areas in order to help exceed out clients expectations.

My areas of expertise grew from my love of investing in real estate and then sharing that knowledge with anyone who could benefit, whether it's a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor. With a sales background for Fortune 100 Companies, I took that same sales approach and tailored it to Real Estate. As Realtors, it is our responsibility to learn the true wants and concerns of our clients whom we represent and then do our best to meet then exceed their expectations. My current role as Broker is now to actively train and recruit the right mix of agents for 3 offices in San Antonio, TX.,. I enjoy pushing my teams to be the best because they deserve to be the best.
