I obtained my Real Estate salesperson license in August 2005 and my Broker's License in 2010. During that time I focused on Luxury Homes, Lake Properties, REO Properties, First Time Home Buyers and Short Sales. In 2011 I moved to Keller Williams Realty as a Team Leader where I focused teaching, consulting and training agents and how to take their business to the next level, as well as, handling the role of broker within two different market centers. It was a great experience and exposed me to some of the most creative and successful minds in the industry. While my role as Team Leader was fun and insightful, I am ready to get back in touch with my buyers and sellers. I have a true passion for Real Estate and helping people with the biggest investment of their lives! So, I have made the decision to bring all my skills, back to serve you, your friends, and colleagues as they make the largest investment of their lives. I will present a more powerful platform to list, market and sell properties, effectively and taking my work with my clients to the next level.

| Ms. Leighann Russell has listed two of my rental homes for sale in the last 6 months. She sold both within two weeks of listing. Her market analysis was spot on easy to understand. The method of listing demonstrating features and benefits of the homes was well done and the photography was exceptional. Much detail to the way she approaches the sale of a home. While both buyers were agent represented, I watched her work closely with the buyers and agents in completing the transaction. | everal years ago my wife and I purchased a house for her mother in Suwanee Georgia. In January of 2007 we put the house up for sale. Our original contact left the agency and Leighann Russell became our agent sometime in the second half of 2007. Two factors have made the sale of our house very difficult. One is the stagnated real estate market in general and the second is that we live in the northeast. As a result we have had to depend on our agent a tremendous amount for information on the local market and the maintenance on our house. Leighann Russell is very knowledgeable about real estate. She is unselfish in her approach to the transaction, and professional in every aspect of her work. If I had to pick the most important word between a client and a real estate agent its trust. I only met Leighann once but I trust her completely. She is a high quality person. I recommend her without hesitation. |
