Technologically savvy, with an extensive background  that includes animation, marketing, sales, customer service, & publishing he's been instilled with solid values like answering the phone or returning calls promptly, active listening, and being attentive to his client’s needs & desires. 

Specializing in New Construction, Wil has attained superb organizational skills, which has lead him to much success in listing and selling new & re-sale homes.  After years of working with buyers, sellers, & builders alike he has a great understanding of what is needed to not only complete a sale, but to do it in a timely, efficient, & less stressful matter.  

Wil enjoys working with single family residences & builders alike.  Having built great repoire many of these clients and builder partners consider Wil not only their Realtor but also a trusted friend.  He consistently gets referrals from past clientele to list their family & friends homes and/or sell them new properties.  He has a wealth of knowledge & experience that are very beneficial for his clients.

Having served 6 years in the SC Army National Guard as a communications specialist & having more than 15 years of extensive customer service/sales/marketing skills Wil prides himself on delivering top notch service.  This experience has also allowed him to develop outstanding listening skills, a talent which his clients appear to find quite appreciative.  He doesn’t claim to know everything but what he doesn’t know he promises to surely find out. 

Wil first discovered his passion for selling homes when he was originally licensed in 2003.  He also practiced real estate for a year in the Seattle, WA area.  He has made a personal pledge to continue to grow in the real estate field and regularly invest in additional courses to refine his skills.
