Get to Know Walter Cook
I am from Petal and have been here since 1958. Graduated from Petal High School in 1970. Joined the United State Marine Corps. Returned home after the military and was a Fire Fighter and EMT for nine yrs with the City of Hattiesburg. Retired from the paper industry after 22 yrs. Still too young to retire, I wanted to do something that would help people. Home inspections allow me to do this and I get to meet a lot of people. This is what I enjoy and at the same time I am able to help people to make an important decision about the future of their families. Their safety! Safety is a very important part of home inspection along with unsuspecting cost of things that you as a buyer or a seller may not be aware of at the time you are planning to sell or purchase. It is always better to have a home inspected before purchasing or buying. A home inspection also allows you to make a fair and reasonable transaction for both you and other party.

Received my home inspection training with the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. I am an Associate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and I am also a member of the Hattiesburg Association of Realtors. I am a licensed, certified and insured Home Inspector in the State of Mississippi. Tested by the Mississippi and National Board of Home Inspectors.
