IBX Circle is a land consulting firm whose primary focus is on waterfront property located on the inland coastal region of eastern North Carolina, also known as the Inner Banks. As owner of IBX Circle my goal has been to educate my clients and assist them in navigating the ocean of land purchasing. With over 12 years of land sale experience in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, IBX Circle is constantly growing and adapting to the real estate market. Our significant growth and high level of success is due to the strong demand for reasonably priced waterfront and residential home sites combined with our company belief that buying real estate isn't a one-time transaction but the beginning of a long term relationship founded on trust and integrity.
