These are the characteristics and skills that Wendy Brown brings to every client and transaction. With over 35 years experience in the real estate profession, Wendy works hard to ensure that every real estate transaction she is involved with runs as smoothly and effortlessly as possible. And every client is given the attention that they deserve. No question is left unanswered. Every effort is made to keep her clients informed every step of the way.    

Wendy Brown received a degree in Communication Theory from Northwestern University in 1970 and worked in advertising until relocating to Arizona. She started working with a land syndicator in 1974 in Arizona and studied accounting. Since then, she has worked in real estate including raw land, residential, commercial, and investment sales and leasing. Over the years, she has worked in just about every aspect of the real estate profession and has been an owner or part owner of three real estate companies.

Wendy moved with her husband and four sons back to her home state of Rhode Island in 2000, settling in Westerly. She began selling residential property in 2001, getting her broker's licenses in both Rhode Island and Connecticut. From the first, Wendy was a top producer in every office she worked in.

In 2004, Wendy began teaching new agents the fundamentals of starting their own real estate career. With a love of teaching, Wendy became a Certified Instructor in the State of Rhode Island and continues teaching pre-licensing and broker's preparation courses for the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.  

As technology changed in the real estate industry and the internet had a major impact on the profession, Wendy, e-Pro certified, has kept up with those changes. Recognizing the internet as a great source of information...and a remarkably effective way to market properties...she continually upgrades and updates her knowledge of the media.

But no technology will ever replace the knowledge and experience that a real estate professional can provide to a client... it can only enhance it.
