About me? Well what to say! I am now a brand new grandmother, Realtor for four years now and a real estate paralegal for over 9 years. I have had multiple types of employment over the years, but have always dealt with the public in one way or another. Currenly my passions are my baby granddaughter, Isabella (light of my life!), real estate and believe it or not, NASCAR racing! Yes, strange I know, but I do love to go fast!
Real estate is ever changing and ever challenging, and I love it! Meeting new people in all walks of life, and helping those move on to their first home is a terrific feeling!
Currently I am a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Metro West/Greater Worcester. We are under construction on a single family home at 79 Fairview Park Road in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Interested in volunteering, give me a call!
I specialize with first time homebuyers, and I get a huge kick when they close and are handed the keys to their first home! And yes, I have been known to get misty eyed!
In todays marketplace you have to be able to handle all types of transactions and to that end I have successfully closed on short sales, on both the listing and selling sides, worked with rehab properties, and sold multiple "REO" properties to buyers for occupancy and to investors to "flip". No transaction seems to go smoothly any longer and I find that patience and understanding not only as the Realtor role, but also as the paralegal with the closing attorney's is a huge plus! As I am currently doing both positions, it only helps my clients!
