If your client is 10 points away or less from qualifying CONTACT me.... i have the ability to analyze a credit report and if i can find you 10 points then i will tell you what you need to do to get those points. i am very familiar with most of the FHA underwriting guidelines so i know what they will and will not accept to make things easier for you.

The reason why i do that is simple... very few people can do this and if i am able to help you close a deal and make your money well let's face facts... why wouldn't you start working with me.

I have a super user friendly data tracking system that allows you to have a pipeline of clients and actually keep track of them and be notified of their progress as they go through my data tracking system.

The main complaint i hear about these "credit companies" is the lack of communication about their clients. This system updates you to the clients progress and updates. We also upload you picture and contact information so anytime they log into our system they know who sent them to us.
