I specialize in homes, lots, land and  property around Watauga Lake in the community of Butler Tennessee and the
surrounding areas of Hampton, Elizabethton , Mountain City and Shady Valley. All are communities in the Appalachian
Mountains of Northeastern Tennessee. I will do all I can to find the property that's just right for you. Whether buying or selling, residential or commercial, let me help you through your next real estate transaction. I love working with both buyers and sellers and I'm good at what I do. I just can't imagine doing anything else.

Watauga Lake area homes and land is some of the most high end real estate in our area. What makes these homes and property so unique is the fact that Watauga Lake is the highest and most senic lake in the TVA watershed. There are 104.9 miles of shore line. Just 47 miles of shoreline are privately owned. Many of those 47 "private" miles are below the 100-year flood plain (1,975 feet above sea level) and can accommodate only temporary structures like RVs and campers. The other 58 miles of shoreline are public land. Most of those 58 are part of Cherokee National Forest and can never be developed, helping Watauga Lake to remain the TVA's most beautiful and pristine lake.
