I love being a REALTOR! I can't tell you how many times my clients, family, and friends have said to me, "You love what you do, don't you"! I've even had a few clients tell me that they want to become REALTORS because they see what I do and how I do it! They see how happy I am helping people in all kinds of situations!

I was awarded ROOKIE OF THE YEAR in 2005 as well as AGENT OF THE YEAR for my office in 2007!   In this ever-changing industry, a REALTOR must constantly be updating his or her knowledge and skills.  The buyers that I have worked with have witnessed my dedication and compassion as I have helped some of them through very challenging and frustrating times.  I've been there for those that were facing divorce, disabilities, and mental issues. Oh, don't get me wrong, I have been there, too, to help that first time home buyer or growing family moving from the two-bedroom home up to the big and beautiful four-bedroom split or colonial!  My sellers have also witnessed  my innate characteristics as I have helped many people avoid the foreclosure process. In a couple of cases, we were able to sell the home just before it got to the point of a sheriff sale!  Sellers in this situation need an agent that is willing to take charge and get the job done (without adding any more frustration to the already-sensitive situation)!!!  A few years ago, my sellers were those looking to move into a bigger home, move into a second home, or downsize. They were mostly happy situations.  A short sale can turn into a happy situation, too! A short sale is basically when a bank has agreed to close on the sale of a house and accept a loss.  A knowledgeable, full-time licensed REALTOR can really make the difference!!
