While moving to Georgia a little over 3 years ago has been quite a change both socially and business-wise, I am beginning to feel like I have removed most of the "Myrtle Beach SC Sand in my shoes" and now am fully grounded in the North Georgia (red clay) area, near my 3 fabulous grandchildren and their parents.  It has been an interesting transition, and one that I don't intend to do over any time soon.  I am here to stay!

My first real estate experience in Georgia was an interesting one, and one that gave me reason to move slowly in the direction of helping Buyers and Sellers.  I am afraid I really didn't have a clue about the major subdivision or where the Luxury Homes or the homes for First Time Homebuyers might be located, for about the first two years.  BUT, after studying homes and subdivisions in my area I am feeling much better in my ability to  provide services that will exceed my client’s expectations by a mile!

Having been in the Real Estate arena in one way or another for the past 33 years, I feel like I may be one of the more qualified agent in the North Georgia Area.  I have several secret weapons that sellers need to know about before they list with anyone else.  My techniques are not like those that I see other agents using to assist in obtaining the highest price in the least amount of time for their clients.   

It may be a buyer's market or a seller's market right now, but whatever it is, the market is always changing.  You may not be able to sell your home today, but in two months, it may be that you can sell it in 30 days!  Analyzing the market is the most important aspect of a selling agent's responsibility.  I believe that with my resources and knowledge of the industry, you will value that call you make to me for your next listing appointment or if you are a buyer, the information I can and will provide you about your anticipated purchase.
