I have been in the service industry for over 28 years. I am a native of Texas who grew up in Dallas. I graduated from Sunset High School in Oak Cliff. I have a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing as well as a MBA from Dallas Baptist University. I also hold a Project Manager's Certification from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Management from the University of Dallas.
I am a military wife who has survived 2 recent deployments, and a mother of 4 college students. Being a Military wife, I am very passionate when it comes to dealing with the men and women of our Military. I have gone that extra step to make sure my military clients understand the many housing benefits available. I am certified in United Texas Housing Initiatives That Work, making me a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS). I am also approved for participation in Texas Veteran's Land Board programs.
I have expert knowledge to help both buyers and sellers navigate complicated distressed property transactions. I have earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification from The National Association of REALTORS®. I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS).
