Is there really such a thing in 2008? Real estate agents better be ready to put on as many hats as we can find. Getting transactions together with months of work, phone calls, begging, and trying to understand the attorny gibberish from the bank addendums.
Just once this year I would like to walk in on a listing appointment and have the seller say... Wow, I get that much after I close. We all live to see this day again in Michigan.
