I was born in Russia, moved to USA in the 1988 when I was 11 years old. I lived in Brooklyn NY for 5 years then during my junior year of high school the family moved to Bellevue, WA (big difference then NY city let me tell you that). It took me couple of years to understand the life on the Eastside, but after I did NOT want to live any where else. 

I move almost every year or two with in the Eastside of Washington. I like working and living around interesting people. After couple of attempts in running my own business in fields of Medical & Social Interpreter, Human Resources, Sales of Computers, and even spend some time learning how to make jewelry in one of the down town Seattle shops on 4th avenue. I still wanted more !!!

In 2002 I lived in Miami FL for couple of months, when I came back to Seattle a friend of my got me a job as a loan officer. Every one got a story about there first deal, if you like ask me about my some time :O) The rates where 4.0 - 4.5 on the 30y Fixed life was good and worked on allot of files. After couple of months I knew that Real Estate Field is for me. It reminded me how much I like to building, meting new poeple, making money and how good it felt putting people on the path of American Dream in owning their first or secound SFR, Duplex, Condo or Investment property.
