I grew up in real estate, both my father and grandfather were real estate brokers.  My father-in-law worked in the lending industry.  I have exeperience as an Realtor, real estate office manager, secretary to a planning and zoning commission and have worked for attorneys since 1990.  My mother and sister are currently in real estate sales.  I do work for a 1031 Exchange company and attend educational seminars regularly to increase my knowledge and maintain my license.  During the first 6 months of 2007 I have closed $20 million in real estate.
