Get to Know Vanessa Igtiben
I am a Realtor with Grupe Real Estate, in the Stockton, CA office. I enjoy working with people whether it's to help find a first home, move up to a bigger home or to downsize, to build an investment portfolio by adding real estate, or if there's a need to sell a house to prevent foreclosure (called a short sale). I mainly serve the areas of Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Mountain House and other communities in the area. I may be able to assist with properties in the Bay Area as well.
I grew up in the Bay Area, but my family moved to Stockton in 1995. I have seen the real estate market changes in the past several years, and can say that finally the market remains steady and strong. I got into this business during the recession of 2008, and so I have extensive experience with short sales and working with REO/bank-owned properties. The market has shifted as of 2012, and there is definitely less distressed homes and more regular/equity sales.
I have completed my short sale certification with Harris Real Estate University. I received my Realty World Eagles designation. I continue to attend training courses offered at my brokerage and beyond (like Brain Buffini and Tony Robbins). I love learning and networking in this business. I believe there is always room to grow and improve.
I can honestly say that I have been blessed with amazing clients, and they are not just that, but I consider them all friends. The real estate process is not always smooth sailing, but I will be there beside you from beginning to end!
