Get to Know Vivian DeBlasi
Vivian's career in the financial services industry began over 36 years ago when she joined one of the top investment services companies. While working there, she earned her undergraduate degree in Finance and Masters of Business Administration. After a rewarding 30 year career in their Asset Management Division, she retired from her position as Director and Portfolio Manager. Vivian began her real estate career in 2004 as a licensed real estate salesperson with a local brokerage office near her home in East Moriches, NY. After several moves, she became broker and co-owner of Gateway to the Hamptons Real Estate in Speonk, NY.

| Vivian was essential during our first home buying experience. Without her great questions, advice and experience we wouldn't be where we are now. There were some complications during the process early on and without Vivian, the entire deal would not have gone through. However, now that they have, we are in our nice warm home during these snow storms happily awaiting Christmas. |

| Vivian worked with us for two years to find a home for my parents. She was patient and caring throughout this process. Vivian pointed out the flaws and attributes of each property. She was very reliable and always on time. Vivian returned all our calls in a timely fashion. Not only was she a treasure to work with during the search process; she was instrumental in every phase of the purchasing process. I would highly recommend Vivian to anyone buying or selling a home. We plan to call on Vivian when it is time to sell our home. |

| If I could give Vivian 17 stars I would! We have incredibly high standards for the people we work with and give our business to and Vivian is stellar - we will be working with her again - I almost wish we didn't like our new house as much so we could sell it sooner to work with her again! She always picks up her phone or gets back to us incredibly fast - days, nights, weekends, whenever (even when I forgot she was on vacation she texted me back within the hour!) She is professional, courteous and does everything in her power to make sure you are satisfied with the work she is doing. When we had questions or needed for someone else to get things done (our mortgage broker, our lawyer) we knew if we called Vivian she would be on it. We cannot say enough about her and the job she does - we are recommending her to all our friends (and random people too!) |

| Vivian DeBlasi, their are not enough stars to describe my experience with Vivian. She is an HONEST, down to earth, knowledgeable, persistant, always answers her phone Greatest RE Agent, I have Ever encountered. I have had my share of agents that was not very pleasureable that I was throwing in the towel with finding a house. I always heard, " In your price range, your not going to find a house where you want to live in a desireable neighborhood." Really, that made me feel like I was never going to find a house, where I didn't need bullet proof glass and an alarm. Then I met Vivian.. She sent me listings, encouraged me to look at some that I was unsure, and I thank God she wanted me to broaden my horizons, I finally found a house that I can move right in, a great neighborhood, all thanks to Vivian. She is a Great Agent, I recommend Vivian to everyone... I Sincerely with all my Heart Say that.. She is Wonderful. She Never Gave up in Helping me... I was giving up on finding something. | We have just completed a very complicated real estate transaction on a great summer place in the Hamptons and are so lucky to have met and worked with Vivian DeBlasi, the listing broker. We liked Vivian from the first time we corresponded with her and especially after we met her. She was very professional and friendly, but also very calm and not at all pushy as some brokers may be. We learned from her website that Vivian has a very accomplished background in finance. Vivian was knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process with frequent communication. She responded quickly to our many questions and concerns and helped us whenever possible. Vivian even offered to split the payment of an unexpected Buyer's fee! Also, we got a post-closing visit and our first housewarming gift from Vivian (and Janet). It was a pleasure working with Vivian and we recommend her highly! John & Jennifer |

| Vivian encompasses all of the characteristics one would want in a real estate agent. She is professional, knowledgable, & passionate. She managed to pull us out of a real estate crisis during her plane change at an airport in a different time zone! We felt taken care of from start to finish and that our best interests were always her top priority. Her company, Gateway to the Hamptons, is the ONLY agency we will ever work with.
