My team and I pride ourselves on keeping up to date with all that's happening in a rapidly chanaging market place.  The prices of homes have drastically dropped and only the sellers who truly understand the changing market are finding success in getting their homes sold.  Buyers have an abundance of choices and only the best priced homes in the best conditions have any chance of selling.  We try our best to simply communicate market conditions to our clients enabling them to make the wisest decision - many times it may mean that they'll decide not to sell at all.  But for those who have to sell and can afford to price their homes competitively, we will give the best marketing exposure and the best communication in our service that our clients have ever experienced.  For buyers, we will do a competitive market analysis of the home they are considering purchasing to ensure that the price is a good deal for them.  We ask lots of questions, striving to understand the reasons WHY a buyer or seller needs to move.  Then we adapt our plan to best meeting the needs of each indivdual case. We never focus on just doing a "transaction" - we focus on giving the most professional quality advice, ensuring the success our client is searching for, and acting as their consultant in helping them negotiate the best possible scenario for them.  We love what we do!
