Living in a military town, between Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field, and retired Air Force helps me to cater to my clients needs, whether you need long-distance or local help.

I've received my Florida real estate license in 2002. I became a broker associate in 2007, and received my e-Pro designation in 2007. I retired from active duty Air Force in 2004, so understand the ins and outs of a military (PCS) move. I not only work full-time as a Realtor, but also own rental properties, so understand the process of buying and selling real estate from a very personal perspective. I treat buying or selling your home as though it were my own home, and not only do what I can to market your property, and increase exposure, but educate you in the process--which can be daunting for the first time homebuyer or seller. I continue to take classes and educate myself in the real estate industry, and any programs (old and new) that will help my buyers and sellers. I have some unique tools that I use to help my buyers and sellers in the process of home purchase or sale. If you're new to the area, and not sure if you can be "here" for any part of the process, you'll want to work with someone who is familiar with mail-away closings and transactions.

I have two areas of expertise. The first is First Time Home Buyers. I have written a book 7 Things Every First Time Home Buyer Should Know that was inspired by a number of first time home buyers I helped find their first homes. I have also purchased investment properties for rentals and have helped a number of others in their real estate investing ventures.
