| John has an excellent understanding of the laws and requirements of both Washington and Oregon States. We moved from Portland to Camas and there were some complicated transitions to be negotiated and explained. John's communication was excellent, his availability was incredible and his willingness to follow our lead when we wanted it AND to lead us more directly when we needed it. We highly recommend John Goldhammer for any and all Real Estate needs. We are pretty sure this is our "forever home" so we *think* we won't move again BUT if we do end up needing a real estate agent, we will absolutely ask John to represent us again. |
